Fruma Narov is the President of Narov Associates, a structural engineering consulting firm and a principal of Uribtran Associates Inc., a civil engineering consulting firm. Fruma Narov has more than 30 years of in-depth experience in the design, management and administration of Structural and civil engineering projects. She has extensive experience in a wide-range of project types and is a recognized expert in concrete technology.

She is a Registered Professional Engineer in NY and a number of other states.

Ms. Narov is actively involved in many professional organizations. She is a Past President of the Metropolitan Region of ACECNY and has also served there on the Executive Board and as a Board Member. She serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of the New York City Building Congress; she served on the Executive Committee and is currently on the Board of Directors of the New York Concrete Industry Board; she is a member of the Managing Committee of the Model Building Code and Chair of Materials Technical Committee of the New York City Department of Buildings; and she serves on the Executive Committee of the Women Builders Council.

Ms. Narov is a well-published author and teacher, and is a recipient of numerous awards including, most recently, the Concrete Industry Board's Annual Award for the New US Courthouse in Brooklyn, New York.
